Zumba Sessions

Zumba sessions combine international music with dance to make exercise fun. Our Zumba exercises use a combination of fast and slow rhythms for resistance fitness training and weight loss.

The music comes from the following dance styles: Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Flamenco, Cha-cha-cha, Reggae-ton, Samba, Belly dancing, Bhangra, Hip hop music, Axé music and Tango.
